Our son has been going here since 4 and it's been 6 years and many more years to come! Such a positive impact on his focus, discpline, don't give up attitude, push beyond comfort zone mentality, etc. You'd be surprised how much kids can endure and feel extremely accomplished/ proud of themselves!

My 3 teenage daughters had a fantastic experience here building physical and mental skills and confidence. The staff were relatable, friendly, and super flexible with their individual classes. I feel better with two of them heading off to college with more assertiveness and confidence. Definitely recommend!

My son has been taking classes here since he was 3 (now 5). After the first year I started taking the my fit defense class and wish I had started sooner. We love the classes, but Rich, Mr. T and the other instructors care about the kids and the families. It really has become a wonderful part of our lives. I can’t wait until my youngest turns 3 and starts attending as well.

I was invited to My nephews birthday party at Elite Karate! Yes !! A birthday party for a 6 yr old!! !! This was the best idea!! I truly enjoyed being there and watching my nephews, his cousins and his friends be a part of his big day and enjoy it! Elite Karate has a Birthday party package for all ages! It's for 1.5 hrs and it includes pizza, drinks, utensils.. some fun martial arts class time, cutting boards and cutting the cake with a cool sword! Parents just provide decorations , goodie bags and cake. It's well supervised, waivers are signed as you come in , you are to wear name tags , and comfy clothes. Instructor is amazing with children and very well organized! Kids get to Learn some moves, follow directions, skills and self control. It's just a different idea for a birthday party that all kids will love and enjoy at that age! Perhaps make them want to sign up for karate at some point if they haven't already! Elite Karate is in the same plaza as Square Peg Pizza in Glastonbury. You can be a member or a non member to have a birthday party at Elite Karate! Besides Birthday party they have classes for kids and Adults as well!
