Expert, careful instruction from respected professional fighters who have competed in the cage and on the mats. Friendly and welcoming environment for all levels, beginners to fighters and every level in between. It's also super clean. I have no hesitation sending my family here and highly recommend this gym! You will be inspired and motivated for sure!

I came from another gym, and it doesn’t even compare to the vibe and high-level performance environment here. Nick is extremely knowledgeable and an incredible teacher, as is the rest of his team. He knows exactly what to say to push you and bring out your absolute best. Highly recommend for all levels!

Not only is this the BEST gym in CT for anyone to be an amateur or pro MMA fighter, it is also the best place for all seeking to take on martial arts. Beginners know that you'll feel very welcome here, and you'll notice your improvement sooner than you think. The coaches here are top notch and the motivation that Nick brings to every class will push you to be your best. They offer diverse classes that are very detailed, and the environment is very friendly. FAA all day!

Incredible place every coach is incredibly encouraging and informative. The students are all wonderful people also, higher ranked students have always helped me with technique when ive asked. Great classes highly reccomend no matter where your at in your fitness or martial art journey.

The energy you feel when walking into FAA CT is totally unexplainable. There's no words. I've only been going for almost two months...but have already grown so much skill wise, mentally, all while having a great time and making friends. Coming here is the best decision I've made in years. Nick, Roger, and Stan are awesome coaches and I feel there is a perfect balance and synergy with being able to learn different things from each of them. They're building such well rounded fighters here that are going to continue to dominate and succeed, there's absolutely no doubt in my mind. 100000000% recommend 😊
