I was initially drawn to FWJ for its full day of classes, as there was always an option to fit a class in around my busy schedule. What really keeps me coming back are the great workouts (HIIT, circuit, strength), the awesome vibe of the gym, and the amazing and supportive community that Jonathan has built. It’s a special place and would recommend it to beginners and seasoned fitness junkies alike. If you are looking for effective, no BS training, at affordable rates, FWJ is your spot.

Going to Fitness with Jonathan is always such a positive experience. The atmosphere is welcoming, supportive, and filled with great energy—everyone is kind and encouraging to one another, which makes a huge difference. But what truly sets this gym apart is the coach. Jonathan is not only incredibly kind, but he also puts so much thought and effort into every workout. His sessions are always challenging, creative, and never boring. I leave every class feeling stronger—and always excited to come back for more. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great fitness community and an exceptional coach.💪🏻

I had an excellent personal training session with Jonathan at FWJ! From the start, he was motivating, knowledgeable, and fully attentive to my fitness goals. Jonathan creates a positive, welcoming and supportive environment, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. He builds challenging workouts for all levels, and never makes you feel bad for not knowing something — he helps you learn and improve. His workouts are somehow never repetitive, and he’s got an incredible mental library of exercises that keeps classes fresh and engaging. The gym energy is easygoing, inclusive, and community-focused. It ain’t easy but it is necessary! Jonathan has truly created a fit-fam at FWJ. His fast paced, unique, challenging, and fun workouts never disappoint. You never know what you are going to get at FWJ which keeps your body and mind from getting in a rut. Jonathan truly cares about each and every person that comes into his gym. You will become family.
