It's a learning experience really good ,shows you self defense way that you could protect yourself and the one that you love , is a professional class with lots and lots of technique ,for a person could learn in general.

Master Robert is a jujutsu and karate sensei of the highest caliber who's knowledge is second only to the since care he has for each an every student! When I or my students are in Connecticut, especially West Hartford, it is our number one school!

He is an excellent teacher who leads by example. He leads the group very well and gives personalized attention and support to students. If you go here, you'll learn practical self-defense skills from your very first session, and you'll be in a professional and welcoming environment. My child REALLY looks forward to being at the dojo. He has a lot of fun learning self-defense techniques, of course, but he's also developing practical life skills. He's learning respect, self-discipline, and resilience—and the value of getting the details right. He's also realizing that character, not only his skill at self-defense, is an important part of his growth at the dojo and in life generally. It's been wonderful to witness his personal growth so far. I'm hoping that he will continue to be a student for many years to come!
