Great instruction, great people. Really shows the heart of what Karate stands for. I’ve known Mr. Morrison for awhile now, trained with him in seminars and competed against his students always the most respectful and humble, letting their technique more than show their knowledge.

I just took a 4 class session of Womens Self Defense with Sensei Morrison and some of his student helpers and cannot recommend it enough. Each week, we had an hour of learning practical techniques followed by a half-hour lecture and discussion. This was the most informative class I've taken and will definitely take again.
