I love Knockout Fitness! I was looking for a new fitness routine after hitting a plateau with working out at home. I was looking for a place that offered a mix of classes and was impressed by the schedule that Knockout had. I have been a member for almost a year and go to multiple classes every week and do personal training. I love the environment and all the coaches!

My favorite place to be "tortured" on a Friday morning! Coach Mark is honestly the best, he really knows how to push me in a good way. Everyone in the gym is so kind and super motivating. I feel like a member of the family every time I enter! You guys rock!

I love Knockout!!! Antony and John are the best, and I have learned sooo much since I have been a member. I specifically wanted to work on my boxing (w a heavy bag and 1-on-1) and I get both here. The best gym! 10/10 recommend!

I've been going to classes here for about a year and my fitness has definitely improved. You can get a very good workout in less than an hour with high quality instructors. I can personally recommend Mark, Anthony, Ariela, Mel, and Emily who run some of the classes. Having a membership gives you different options for class types and also instructors which can be very beneficial. Highly recommend giving it a go!
