Was visiting Manchester from out of town. After looking on line this looked like the place to be…Stopped in to see about drop ins, met Alex who was super friendly, game me a quick tour and shared the schedule with me. Great looking gym, really nice mat, the elevated kind with springs etc., really cool…Dropped in a couple days later at the Saturday open mat, great mix of people there doing gi, nogi, and mma. Had some good rolls, super good vibe and everyone was really friendly. Loved the mat!! Can’t wait to go back!🔥🔥🔥

I have trained in Martial Arts for most of my life at many schools and both me and my son have trained at Manchester Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu off and on for well over a decade. I can say hands down this is the best facility to train at regardless of your goals. This is a professionally run, hygienic school, that offers a remarkable breadth of expertise, and class availability. The instructors are top notch both on and off the mats. More importantly, there is a strong sense of community and a welcoming environment for new comers, both child and adult. All in all, I cannot recommend this school enough.

My son and I were visiting the area from out of state. I came for the open mat, my son for the kid's class. I called ahead and Rich was immediately friendly and helpful on the phone. The staff was so welcoming, the rolls were fun, and overall we just had a great experience. We'll definitely be coming back the next time we're in the area 💪🏼

Bushido is a place where true martial arts is taught. Jim Campbell, Alex Magao, etc. are phenomenal practitioners but most importantly excellent teachers. Fundamentals are the foundation to their teaching, while also showing the nuance and feel of BJJ. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Manchester Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is an incredible place to train. The environment is welcoming, supportive, and full of great energy from the moment you walk in. The instructors are top‑notch, knowledgeable, patient, and truly committed to helping every student improve, whether you’re brand new or experienced. One thing that really stands out is their unique mat setup, which adds to both the atmosphere and the overall training experience. It’s unlike anything I’ve seen at other academies. I also had the chance to interact with Alex Magao, and he was extremely friendly and welcoming. He made me feel right at home right away, which says a lot about the culture they’ve built here. Overall, Manchester Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a fantastic academy, and I highly recommend it.
