Amazing place. Truly some of the nicest trainers/people. They push you to meet your goals and are extremely knowledgeable of what they're training/teaching you. I've gotten out of my comfort zone with certain workouts and love it! Highly recommend it to anyone.

I didn't think a class-style workout was for me, but I was wrong. Great owner / coaches / members. Blowing past my goals and I'm in the best shape I've been since college.

Amazing Gym! Amazing Energy! Amazing Trainers! TFW Central CT is like no other gym I have been too! They make you feel so welcome as soon as you walk though the door. The best part is when you get there you don’t have to think about what exercises you will be doing that day. They have it all planned out for you. They watch you to make sure you are using proper form and are using the appropriate weights. If you are considering a new gym then def give this one a try!!! I promise you, you won’t be sorry!!

Trainers are really pushing you to reach your goals. But definitely ask any stupid questions. Without asking nobody can help you realize any goals in life.

I don't want to come in here and sound all cliché, but there's a reason this place has 5 stars! I found TFW from a Facebook ad advertising their 6 week challenge, and I thought "why not?! I haven't been able to do this on my own so let's try it!" I am naturally a reserved person and have suffered from anxiety for years now, and Gina made me feel comfortable in our first meeting and I told her one of my goals apart from weight loss was also to help myself feel better about my anxiety. Through the program, along with the help of the great coaches, my anxiety levels have gone down SIGNIFICANTLY and I lost weight and learned the steps to take better care of myself physically AND mentally! Even when I left for a week to a conference and admitted I was scared of not being able to make the right food choices, Gina was there to help and asked me to spam her phone with pictures of every single thing I ate to help keep me accountable. The positivity from everyone really helps too, especially when I was feeling negative about reaching my goal. Other members always step up to help and try and support and inspire you to continue. I am very happy I chose to take that first step into TFW because it's changing my life for the better. My biggest advice to anyone who's looking to try this...GO ALL IN! You won't regret it.
