Ultimate MMA & Jiu-jitsu Training Center

I took my first ever MMA class here in 2016, while I was in college. I've lived in many states and have been to many gyms. To this day, it's the best gym I have ever been to. The foundation that they instill in you will carry you for the rest of you MMA journey. I wish I still lived in CT to go to this gym. Truly the best is the business!!

My son has been attending this gym for a year and a half. He is dedicated and committed because of the staff that train him. They are passionate and caring. They give everything they got to make him comfortable and continuously learning! They are extremely supportive and competitive pricing!

I recently brought my 7 and 4 year old to begin training in BJJ. To my delight they loved it even more than I expected. Marissa and the other trainers are wonderful with the kids, making it the perfect combination of fun and discipline. I don’t know which is better, how accomplished my boys feel every time we leave or how they ask me every day when they go back to MMA. Highly recommend for any parent looking for a healthy and productive outlet for your child.

Personally favoring the Gi classes, I can attest that this gym is perfect for anyone new to martial arts. This is an amazing facility. It is extremely clean, friendly, fun, even humorous at times. I love the energy. The team spirit is epic. This organization will get you in tip top shape, teach you unparalleled discipline and self defense unknown. Andrew and his team are true leaders in this defensive sports arena. I’ve been to many facilities over twenty seven years. This place is great. Especially for children. Its so safe and friendly.
