Marcie is a great BP instructor. So happy she is teaching on Wed morning. Used to take her BP class in the evening. Loved her tracks today especially that she did push ups and core work. Thanks Marcie for being such a great instructor. Your smile your positive attitude and your 😃personality really add to the ass. Brenda

I started going to the gym for the first time around mid 2025. At first, I wasn’t sure what I was doing, so I decided to sign up for a personal trainer and was paired with Sal. I had a great experience training with him, he taught me the foundations of each workout and made sure I understood proper form and technique. Sal knows that I can push myself to the limit and always encourages me to do so in a motivating and supportive way. He’s easy to talk to and genuinely cares about my success. He created a personalized program for me so we could track my progress, and he also provided helpful nutrition tips to support my fitness goals. Because of Sal, I feel much stronger and far more confident going to the gym. He truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much, Sal!

Tonight I cancelled my membership at 24hr fitness. They are no longer permitting me to enter without scanning my fingerprint. Before, they allowed me to use my id and phone number. If any other gyms will allow me to join without scanning my fingerprint, Im looking to sign up. Updated 12/12/25 I AM allowed to sign in via name/ID. And so are YOU

This is a very old gym and is in severe need of of a facelift and remodel and better Management Instead of fixing the water fountains they tear them out don’t replace them. Instead of replacing weights they just continue to not have a full selection of weights or dumbbells. They say they’re stolen and they don’t want to replace them. At the same time they don’t enforce no backpacks allowed on the floor allowing people steal them. The equipment is so old it belongs in a museum. Most of it is totally worn out. Places is always dirty has not been painted in 20 years as dust all over the walls and ceiling. It has holes in the ceiling. The toilets don’t work and the hardware is so old it has corrosion all over it. The other 24 Hour Fitness’ are newer and in better shape. I guess the Management doesn’t care continues to expect their clientele to work in a subpar gym that’s dirty and falling apart.

I’ve been a member at this gym for about five years — mostly because it’s the closest to my work and convenient — but honestly, it’s the nastiest and dirtiest gym I’ve ever seen. I rarely write negative reviews, but this one has been a long time coming. For a place people pay to workout at, the equipment — the most important part of any gym — is shockingly neglected. Over half of it looks decades old, rusted, mismatched, and constantly breaking. Even when people wipe machines down, it doesn’t matter because the equipment is already so beat-up and filthy that you walk away feeling dirtier than when you walked in. I’ve seen cracked mirrors, dirty ceilings and walls, and misplaced dumbbells more times than I can count. The bathrooms are just as bad. Half the time the urinals or stalls don’t work, the AC rarely runs (so it’s hot and miserable in there), and it feels like they’ve given up on basic upkeep. There are no enforced gym rules — people walk around barefoot like it’s normal, which is frankly disgusting in a shared workout space. What angers me the most: they keep removing paper towel dispensers and water fountains. Those are bare-minimum things a gym should provide. It feels like they’re cutting costs on essentials that directly impact member experience and hygiene. It gives the impression that the company has no interest in maintaining the facility beyond just collecting membership fees. I’ve seen three or four different managers in my time here and never once have any of these ongoing issues been addressed. That tells me this isn’t just poor management at the club level — it feels like corporate decisions are behind the continual neglect. For a well-known gym brand, I expected much better. This location is tired, dirty, and overdue for serious upgrades or a rethink on how they treat paying members.
