This gym is small but has everything you need. Cardo machines, weight room, stretching room, racquetball, basketball, full locker rooms, saunas, and multi-use areas. I've never seen it get too packed, even in the evenings, and always get a machine when I go. Good staff. Bring a military ID though.

I love this gym but it's not open on Saturday or Sunday. I feel like they would get a lot of business on those days but instead, you have to drive to a different place. Otherwise it would get 5 stars from me

They have forced my hand to write this review. The straw that broke the camel’s back was one of the employee’s telling me I have to wear shoes while deadlifting (I had my recently washed socks on). Other issues with this gym: - Fraud / Waste / Abuse: The classic and functioning Nautilus machines were replaced by new worse machines in the machine room. - They play non-energizing music like country in the gym. This is a gym, and it should have better music if they’re going to not give people a choice to listen to it or not. On the positive side, the locker rooms do have saunas, and I like that this gym is partially exposed to the natural elements (it’s not in a completely enclosed building).
