Much Aloha to Coach, now Professor Noel and her team. I was in town for business for a couple of weeks and did several drop ins during their morning class. Friendly staff, great instruction, and super clean facility. They also have some really cool swag. The people at my gym in Texas were jealous to see me rocking this Christmas rash guard. Will definitely be back next time I'm on the island.

Took an intro class while in town for a vacation. I have never tried Jiu-Jitsu before and had such a great time! The instructors were kind, funny, and did such a great job explaining the moves and demoing. Everyone was kind and welcoming and would definitely go back next time I am in town!

Twas my kids’ first time (3 & 5) at this place and trying out jiu jitsu. They hurried onto the mat carelessly and eager to learn their Tiny Tots class. Coach Noel is awesome with the children! My son, who loves sports, is still shy playing with his i9 team, but to my surprise he wanted more than 30 min of jiu jitsu! I appreciate the 10 day trial very much. I’ll be signing up for their women empowerment class soon! I also enjoyed the group of gals in this class and their structured curriculum.

We absolutely love COBJJ! The community is amazing for both the kids and adults. All the staff and coaches are warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Noel and the coaches make such a safe environment for everyone to learn. My daughter loves her bjj class and we look forward to her and the entire family learning bjj pono and akamai. Mahalo COBJJ for entering our lives and being a positive, impactful place for the entire family!
