Had a great week dropping in at CrossFit Oahu while I was visiting the island from Colorado with my family. Enjoyed working with Alana, McKenna, and Mark. Classes were all organized, everybody was super helpful getting me set up with all equipment, and there was always good music going. Definitely looking forward for to next time!

Coaches were extremely friendly and very helpful. The local attendees were also great as well. Gym was very clean and had well maintained equipment. If you’re thinking of doing drop in classes on vacation, you absolutely should.

I got a one week pass to CrossFit Oahu. It was $55 plus tax. The gym is very spacious and is separated into two areas - one for open gym and one for group CrossFit classes. People there were nice. They have a ton of kettlebells (very heavy ones, too, if that’s your thing), barbells, functional training area, Indian clubs/mace, Olympic lifting platforms, and turf area. I was also able to get a mini lesson from the owner, Bryant, while I was there and also got to speak with one of the coaches, Malachi, who was very helpful as well. Overall, I had a good experience here.

I did a week pass at CrossFit Oahu and I’m very happy I did. From the coaches to the athletes in the classes, everyone was extremely welcoming and helpful. The coaches were great at explaining each movement and were very encouraging during the workout. Highly recommend it if you’re trying to get a solid workout in during vacation.

Owner is a master of cueing. I checked out the 6 am classes. Which morning for me is a struggle not use to talking that early. But I did enjoy it people were very friendly and helpful. Always wanting to help when I was looking for somehting. Can't wait to see what the weeks workouts will bring. I haven't done crossfit for some time but I do workout I missed cf. The community really makes it and this is a gem. Second workout running practice 5min. 800 or 600 m runs building up with warm up. Power snatch, toes to bar or knees, burpees to toes to bar. After your run add then rest 2 min. Really tough but super fun! Love seeing all the dogs 🐕 💕 they make my day seeing those little ears.
