reviewsWhat Members Say
Members praise the gym's cleanliness, professional staff like Kaya, and well-equipped though compact space with amenities like showers and lockers. However, many express frustration over dramatic price increases from $160 to $295 monthly, poor equipment maintenance, and inconsistent customer service, particularly toward non-hotel guests. Specific complaints include lack of parking, disabled machines, and staff prioritizing socializing over assistance. While some find it a convenient, private option, others describe it as overpriced with deteriorating management since early 2025.

The gym itself is rather small, but well appointed and very clean. I spoke with Kaya through email before I arrived on the island. Kaya was very professional in emails and when I came in to sign up for the week. Kaya was very upfront and honest about pricing call Matt it was a very quick and painless sign up with no obligation. It is a much more clean convenient and private gym than any other offer in Waikiki.

Info on their website is hard to come by but other than that it was a good experience. The gym is up on the third floor and offers day passes for $25 and weekly passes for $75. Comes with lots of amenities such as free locker access, showers, shaving utensils and other toiletries. Gym is well equipped though I would’ve appreciated a place to do tricep dips. Has lots of lighting thanks to large windows overlooking the downstairs fish tank which offers a behind the scenes view of the maintenance area. I will be going back.

Absolutely embarrasing what this gym offers. It is literally a fraud. I’ve been going to this gym for two months and I have the worst experience above all the gyms ive been to. First of all, the pricing? Excuse me? They take advantage that is one of the only gyms in waikiki, and it gets to a point that its absurd. The gym is so small, it daoesnt iñeven habe good maintanance, no lockers available, a lot of disabled machines… My first month there was 160 dollars per month and for the next months, including even less things it went up to 195 bucks, and now you need to be loyal for a year. With that absurd pricing they dont even let you go to the pool. Before if you were paying 180 per month that was included, now you need to pay 295 DOLLARS. Absolutely insane. Second of all the staff there, if you are not from the hotel they treat you really bad. They let me outside of the gym while i was in one of the private rooms without telling me, telling me it was my responsabiliy to take care of my things💀. There were at the gym! Third of all, parking, literally theres never parking spots available for people outside of the gym. It looks like they dont put much effort for people outside the hotel while we are paying extreme prices for such a empty gym with 4 machines. I really recomend you to go to every other gym in honolulu, they offer you much more services, people are way more kind and they dont change prices without telling you. Absolutely disspaointing, and hope you stop being thisunfair with your costumers.

Don’t waste your money! This gym used to be good, but not anymore in my opinion the current management has a poor attitude and lacks local market insight and customer service skills. They sent an email advising they would be increased the gym membership prices from $160 per month to $295 per month this is an 85% increase. The gym is small and gym equipment is not maintained. In my opinion the staff lack skills in customer service and in my opinion they behave as if they are socializing with their friends instead of being at work. On a practical level there are often no towels in the shower facilities , no soap , no toiletries such as razors and hair combs, but there is a lot of attitude from the staff to the point that they make sure that you feel uncomfortable being there. Often the gym assistant is in the restroom talking on her phone instead of helping with the facility and customer requests. I’m not sure if this is a five star service facility but if you ask me it’s deteriorated since the new management started in February 2025. Very disappointing , don’t waste your time or money.
