My son says his experience at the kids Muay Thai class is a 10 out of 10! He really likes working with Coach Ares! He enjoys learning new Muay Thai skills and that says a lot! The coaches are all great; encouraging and engaged with the kids. It’s a positive environment that encourages discipline and fun, too!

Five Stars! I am visiting Hawaii for a week and decided to look up a Muay Thai gym while here. Legacy Muay Thai welcomed my boyfriend and I with welcome arms for the introduction class and the instructor who was there for the evening taught us so much! We are excited to go back (:

Was looking for a spot to get a little work in while on Vacation and ran across this gym. I’ve been training Muay Thai for 3+ years, been on a Muay Thai retreat in Thailand and I also make it a point to try gyms wherever I Vacay now. They said it being our first time we had to take the intro class which was initially a bummer to hear cause I had an idea of the pace the class would be. But Man did they drop some Gems! We went over Clinch basics and techniques. I can’t remember the coaches name but he was so detailed and gave such clear instructions I left with a whole new sense of the clinch that I can take back with me to my home gym. Today we’re going to the fundamental class and can’t wait to soak up the knowledge given! 10/10! I’ll also edit this review to show love to the coach once I get his name!

Tried the women Muay Thai for the first time back in April 2025 and loved it ever since. LMT creates such a safe space for me to exercise and learn some important techniques, which really empowered me both physically and mentally. The LMT coaches are all great people as well as my fellow Muay Thai wahine.
