My daughter is enjoying aerial summer camp so much. Katherine is amazing and my daughter enjoys having her as a teacher. We are here for my job for 2 weeks and I needed to find something for my daughter to do to keep busy and this camp was the best decision. We will def be retuning next year

One of my favorite places to come for yoga in Kakaako. The aerial yoga is my favorite, it is so relaxing and easy to do. They also have mixed aerial classes, which is awesome.

I just love this Studio, I met the owner when it first opened, about 12 years ago. We bonded about being DanceStudio owners. I had just retired from teaching Dance and closed my studio in Florida. I had just moved back to Hawaii, and I was reaching out to the Dance community to connect and make friends. I had had just started taking some dance styles that had always wanted to learn Kizomba, and Samba but was too busy to learn. “Dances of love” was an event and they were using this beautiful DanceStudio, I remember loving the aesthetics of the studio and the warm friendly feeling. In 12 years later, I'm bringing my daughter down here for some dance classes. I did not realize how large the studio was, And I'm so happy that the studio lasted all these years. Still and Moving Center, offers a array of dance classes, from BellyDance, salsa, tango, Ballet, yoga, stretch, massage, therapy, aerial, classes, tai chi, hula, and the list goes on. They have classes for adult and children and offer in person and online classes. Right now, they're running a two week special, for $50 plus dollars you can take unlimited classes for t two weeks. I sat in on my daughter's classes, everyone was super welcoming. I love the two Bellydance teachers. There was so much love for their teacher and for each other. It made me want to join in and get some of that love. And it made me want to start taking some classes as well. Classes rates : Still & Moving Center They are having A Two week special you can try all the classes. They have two rates See them for the cost. $28.27 per class / drop in rate $240 for 10 classes $129 per month 14 four floor base Classes, but not including aerial classes. $172 unlimited classes, and that includes the aerial $250 All the Classes, Ariel and a one monthly massage (3 month commitment.)

I come here for aerial yoga class. It’s been a year and half since I practice aerial yoga. I booked the class from the website, it takes me to a booking platform where it shows schedule of all classes. I took the AIReal Yoga with Katharine. She is very kind, sweet and helpful. For the first time I take class from Katharine, she provides steps by steps from how to open the hammock and secure each move. The class was very relaxing and I got to stretch out some stiff muscles which accumulated from work from home with bad ergonomic, workout and hiking adventures. Highly recommend if you’re looking to try out aerial yoga and stretch those tight muscles out! Tips: bring your own yoga mat and water!
