reviewsWhat Members Say
Members consistently praise owner Jaron as amazing, welcoming, and genuinely passionate about both martial arts and weightlifting. They describe top-tier equipment that includes everything from squat platforms and belt squat machines to cardio equipment and specialized grips, all perfectly maintained. The gym earns high marks for being spacious, organized into bodybuilding and powerlifting zones, and surprisingly uncrowded even during peak hours. Some members note that while the main entry is secured, the external bathroom for late-night changing isn't attached directly to the gym, which some femme-presenting members would prefer to use with a buddy during late hours.

Best gym in Honolulu! Top-tier equipment selection with a great mix of new and old-school pieces. The week pass was easy to purchase, no hassle at all! The gym is clean, well maintained, and it’s clear the owner truly cares. Bonus: drinks and snacks are available for purchase. I would highly recommend this over any other gym in the area when visiting!

This gym is just outstanding! As a big passionate of bodybuilding, I have visited a lot of gyms around the world and this one definitely ranks as S tier! The space is divided between a machine zone (bodybuilding style) and a PL zone. Everything is perfectly maintained and accurately chosen, from the dubells to the millions of grips from Prime and Mag. I loved every minute of the training session! Must go if u r in Honolulu!

Super awesome locally owned gym with the perfect combination of extended hours, gear for aficionados, and convenient location. Pros: Jaron the owner is amazing, welcoming, and personable. He's a friendly guy who takes time out of his day to check with each member and regularly upgrades the space-- truly passionate about weightlifting and lifting others up. The gym is spacious, organized into bodybuilding and powerlifting zones. It's aesthetically beautiful and the equipment is not just standard issue, it is GOOD. It's very easy to love lifting here. It's not a super-franchise, and is built by someone who is passionate about bringing the best to Oahu. I had enough space to do my physical therapy program, which kind of requires that I sprawl out a bit, comfortably even during peak hours. Super easy to communicate swapping in on stations with the other members when it's busy, too. It's inspiring because 1) virtually everyone there is a regular and 2) everyone genuinely enjoys getting a lift in!! It's beginner friendly and is easy to go from newbie to gym nerd really fast with the encouraging environment and the way it's set up to handle progressive goals. Fwiw nearly all the members are in my same age bracket (20s-30s). Cons: If you're into changing onsite late at night, there is a secured bathroom in the external part of the building, but it is not attached to the gym itself. I never had a safety issue with using the bathroom, and the gym's main entry is secured, but as someone who is femme-presenting I wish I had a buddy to go with during the late night hours.

Hands down best gym in town. The owner is so wholesome and nice to everyone. Would definitely come back. They have every machine you can think of, cardio equipment, and personal training! One stop shop for general health and fitness.

This is an absolutely incredible gym. I will be back here anytime I am ever on Oahu There are so many squat platforms and benches. There’s a belt squat machine. Cardio equipment. All sorts of other machines It also was surprisingly not crowded. I’d only see a handful of people in the mornings. Anyone that lives in the area should have a membership to this amazing gym
