I hate working out but 30 minute hit is actually a work out I love. Tammi, Matt and all the trainers are so friendly. Everyone encourages you and it is a quick workout that changes up every 15 seconds which I need to stay interested. The circuit works every area and you can differentiate your own workout as well. After work it feels so good to get all my stress out. It’s amazing how you feel after just 30 minutes!!

I’ve been going here for almost 6 months, and it’s the only workout I’ve been able to consistently stay with - I love it. It fits my busy schedule, I love that I know exactly what to do as I move through each station (love the trainers help, they are so encouraging!), and I know I’m done in 30 minutes and can move on with my day. I definitely feel that my strength has improved since I started here!

I haven't exercised in a long time, so I felt nervous starting off. But, once I started the staff and the other woman are very welcoming. The support is great along with, pushing you out your limits, but also to where you feel comfortable. There are days I feel stressed or down, but once I hit 30min and leave I feel light, energetic and my mood is a little better. Im glad I joined.

I was greeted when I walked in. Evervone was very friendly. The facility was clean. It was a lot of action going on. I went for a free class but due to my back and chest pain, I wasnt able to participate. They have two locations. The workouts seemed intense and effective. 1 cant wait to start

This is the best choice I've ever made for my physical and mental health. It's energetic, never boring, always challenging, and I've developed some of the best friendships. People who I know have my back and my best interests at heart, and I have theirs. It's an amazing "gem" in Wanamaker.
