Our son has been training here for a couple of years now, and we’ve seen such incredible growth in him, not just physically but emotionally and mentally as well. The structure, discipline, and positive reinforcement from the coaches have helped him build confidence, stay focused, and feel successful. What we appreciate most is how the coaches are both patient and firm, while maintaining a positive and fun environment. They hold the kids to high standards while also understanding their individual needs—and that has made all the difference for our son. We’re so grateful for the impact this program has had on him, and we highly recommend Freedom Martial Arts to any family looking for a supportive and empowering environment for their child.

This is one of the many gyms I have done cross training at. I have a few things to say, as a gym I do not regularly attend I have never felt more welcomed to train. They have a nice facility but everyone from the students to the coaches, most of which have really cool nicknames, were helpful and kind! I have not trained Tae Kwon Do with them but I have participated in their Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program. The techniques are easily understood and the vibes are great! If you are looking for a new home gym that encompasses the respect and diligence that martial arts a intended to embody I strongly recommend you check this place out.

Kind, wise, engaging leaders. Amazing culture. The confidence and discipline that my daughter has gained by studying here has been amazing. My wife and I have started taking the adult classes. I could not ask for a better place to spend my time and help build character in myself and my family.

We were able to partner with this amazing group for a community event to help make children more aware of their surroundings and stay safe as well as educate parents on community resources available to families. This agency has the most amazing staff and we look forward to partnering with them in the future.

Freedom Martial Arts at The Center is truly a gem in the heart of the community. From the moment you walk through the door, you can feel the warmth and the tight-knit, welcoming atmosphere that defines this organization. Every member, whether staff or volunteer, goes above and beyond to create a space where everyone feels valued, supported, and heard. What stands out the most is how genuinely passionate everyone is about fostering strong connections within the community. The organization is not just about providing services but about creating real relationships, offering support, and lifting each other up. Whether it’s through community events, outreach programs, or simply being there for those in need, it’s clear that the mission goes far beyond just meeting basic needs – it’s about building lasting bonds that make the entire area stronger. I’m constantly impressed by the organization’s ability to bring people together, regardless of background or circumstance. Their events are always inclusive, full of energy, and aimed at creating unity. And when it comes to providing resources or assistance, they do so with genuine care and compassion. If you’re looking for a place that feels like home, where you can make a real difference and be a part of something bigger than yourself, The Center is the place to be. It’s an incredible example of what a truly community-focused organization looks like, and I’m grateful to be a part of it.
