My mom and I have been working out with Tyler for a year and absolutely love it!! We have done a lot of different workouts in our lives but the ones he designs are by far the most effective and challenging. He listens to your fitness goals and knows just how hard to push you during a workout. He also finds a way to make it enjoyable, even at 6am! Definitely good for all fitness levels and you will see a significant change in your appearance, strength, and confidence 😊💪🏼

I have been going to Tyler at IPA 2x a week for about 2 years now, and I absolutely love working with him. Every workout is different and creative, which I appreciate, because I don’t get bored. He doesn’t allow me to slack off and I leave each session feeling like he really pushed me to do my best. He keeps me accountable while I am at the gym with him and outside the gym as well. I HIGHLY recommend Tyler at IPA If you are looking to start a fitness program or are stuck in a rut with your current routine. You will not be disappointed!!!

I have been working out with Tyler for the past 4 months and have been thrilled! Not only have I lost weight. My energy levels, mood and overall health have improved greatly. I see Tyler 1-3x a week. His knowledge that he has passed onto me has given me the confidence to go back into the gym myself on my off days. If you are looking to get started or take your fitness to the next level...I would highly recommend Tyler at IPA!

My husband had been working out onsite at IPA, but since the start of the pandemic, Tyler has been training both of us via Zoom. It's awesome! Tyler has such a fantastic positive attitude that our 3x weekly workout is something I very much look forward to, even though he tortures us in the nicest possible way. I don't feel we lose anything from the Zoom format, and Tyler was even nice enough to suggest equipment for our home gym. Plus I've lost weight, and am fitter and stronger than I've been in a long time. I highly recommend Indy Performance Authority and especially Tyler for anyone looking to challenge themselves and get strong.

Indy Performance Authority is a great place to train and get in shape. Tyler and Dan know what they are doing and strive to keep it fun and interesting. My husband and I started working out with Tyler in August 2016. I had never worked out with a trainer and was always afraid to try. No way would my overweight, out of shape, middle-aged body be able to keep up! However, Tyler tailored the workouts to our abilities so I never felt like I was lagging behind. I started noticing a difference in my energy levels and abilities within the first few weeks. I began taking the stairs more, walking at lunch, swimming, and riding my bike again (after rarely doing much besides yoga for over 10 years). In fact, I did my first bike commute to work (22 miles round trip) six weeks after I started working out. I am happy to report that we have both lost weight (65 pounds for me and 15 for the hubby). In addition, Tyler's workouts are building muscle, improving our strength and coordination, and increasing our stamina. We love that the trainers customize the workouts to the individual and their outside interests (swimming, biking, and hiking in our case). We are currently working on power lifting which is a lot of fun. I am going to try my hand at stand up paddle boarding in a couple months when we go on vacation. An activity I thought was out of my reach. I no longer think anything is out of my reach if I try hard enough. With Tyler’s help, we expect to reach our goal weights, continue to increase muscle and strength, and improve our stamina and coordination. Give IPA a call and start your own journey.
