The coaches are very skilled and do an amazing job teaching the kids both the physical and mental facets of wrestling. Our daughter fell in love with wrestling a year ago. After 8 months of instruction at Invicta, she came home with 5th in the state! They are wonderful role models for the kids, and we're thankful to have them in our area offering their services.

Coach Knable is a fantastic coach, teacher, and mentor. His wrestling knowledge is second to none and his teaching methods help instill good character and hard work into his students.

So thankful we were introduced to Invicta a couple yrs ago. This is only my son's 3rd yr wrestling and much of his improvement is because of his time with Coach Knable at Invicta

Outstanding wrestling program! If you are looking to take your wrestling to the next level, Invicta is for you. Building on the foundation with structure and consistency has made my son a better wrestler.
