Iron Fit boxing is a great place to get fit, meet like minded people or just beat out the tensions of life. I really like going here. Since starting here in February, I have not only lost 15 lb, but also gotten in great shape both physically and mentally. Rachel and Steph are my favorite instructors. The first session is free, so totally worth giving it a try!

If you are looking for a nonjudgmental, motivational, and inspiring gym iron fit is the place for you. The small family feel to the gym makes you feel like you’re part of something special, not just a gym. Each class offers fast paced workouts with plenty of variety. I have been going to iron fit for about 4 years and have never been bored. After all of this time I still am able to challenge myself and reach new personal goal with each class. The trainers are invested in their classes and truly care about each member. Like I said, this is more than a gym. Iron fit will help you get in the best shape of your life both mentally and physically. The door is open to all fitness levels and you will be greeted with open arms. I encourage anyone to come by and try a free class, it won’t be easy, but you’ll be happy you did.

I went in about a week ago and was able to participate in a class session, and it was amazing. Stephanie was very motivating, and is a great instructor. It was a first time for me, and it honestly felt much better doing an hour of cardio in this class than I do from weigh lifting or jogging. I recommend this to anyone who is considering it. You don't need any experience going in, and the instructors will suggest an easier movement if you are struggling on anything. Much respect ✌

I love this gym! I’ve been going for almost a year now starting as an outsider and they have treated me so well. Stephanie the owner is very personable and treats everyone with respect and will put you through the ringer with her workouts along with the other trainers. If you want personal training for more technique, their coach Mark is a very knowledgeable ex-pro boxer and will teach you everything you need to know for a fair price opposed to many other gyms. It really is a family.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ve been a member for three months (after having not boxed for 8 years) and already in that time I’ve lost weight, seen muscle definition, and feel so much stronger overall. However, the best part is the unexpected boost the classes have had on my mental health (it’s amazing what you can let go of with this type of workout, everything from negative emotion to stress to excess weight). Stephanie (the owner) is awesome, I appreciate how important it is to her to learn and remember everyone’s name, greeting you as you enter. There’s a variety of instructors but aside from Stephanie, Rick, Kelly, and Randy are my favorites. I love how each class is unique and while you aren’t quite sure what’s coming next, you will absolutely get a full body workout with upbeat music. I love that your first class is free so you can get a feel of things but I guarantee you’ll want to return (and there’s no annual contract to agree to, so no pressure to try it out for a while!). Don’t worry if you don’t have someone to bring along, you will feel welcome and have a great workout regardless. Hand wraps are $10 and you can borrow gloves until you decide you’d like to invest in your own (they’re not terribly pricey). There’s a great diversity in each class, from race, age, gender, size, and expertise level of students. You’ll get guidance as needed while never made to feel stupid for not knowing exactly how to do something. Everyone here has been incredibly kind while still going beast-mode each round. What a seriously fantastic fitness club!
