The curriculum is not only well-structured but also incredibly effective. It’s designed to help you grasp fundamentals quickly and then build on them. You’re not just hitting pads, you’re learning why you’re doing what you’re doing, and how to grow both technically and mentally. Great place if you want to fight competitively or get 9round kickboxing (Muay Thai version) type workouts in, and/or just want to be apart of a great community social space. A lot of self discovery, weight loss, personal evolution, new connections, and fulfilling memories has happened here.

The greatest decision I've ever made for my kids is stepping foot into this gym with them. I have never found a more inviting community of people in my 38 years of life. If you want to see your kids confidence SOAR, while providing education, discipline, and self defense...YOU NEED TO BE HERE. I have a 7 year old girl in the kids program, a 15 year old girl in the adults/teens program, and an 11 year old son doing private coaching (due to sensory issues). My kids are obsessed. I've never felt more supported. Never felt more invited to community than I have here. There isn't a day that we go in that we aren't greeted by 5+ people with smiles and high fives and you are doing a great job! They somehow balance encouragement, with instruction, and motivation with continuous feedback so seamlessly. Coach Jamie has created a very unique gym experience where anyone, regardless of age or gender is welcome & it truly feels like family. My kids are THRIVING here. They beg to go to class every day. There is NOTHING like watching your shy kid, blossom into this empowered badass. 💪 Run. Do NOT walk. This place is for the whole family!

I’ve been training at Krufit for almost six months and I couldn’t recommend them more highly! The perfect gym for general fitness all the way up to competing! The atmosphere is clean, genuinely welcoming, and the leadership/coaches are knowledgeable! If I could give 10 stars I would! Come check them out!

I truly can’t say it all on a google review but I will try my best, it’s very hard now a days to come across something in life that can fix multiple if not all aspects of life’s many battles. However, krufit is definitely up there, people join for different reasons however they all walk out on a daily basis in a much better position then the day before, weather it’s something physical like cardio or mental like anxiety or any other battle you may have joining this gym was one of the best decisions of my life, it helped me with battles I was aware of and even more of the battles I wasn’t aware of discipline, self worth, confidence, health, anxiety, I can go on. KruFit has helped me so much in just 3 months and the most exciting part… this is only the beginning. The coaches are the most amazing human beings I’ve ever met down to earth helpful thoughtful always know the right things to say. Krufit as a whole is not just a gym it is indeed a family. Despite anything I go through when I walk in that gym my problems disappear. Sign up for the free class give it a shot at the minimum you get a banger workout. The beginning was scary but it didn’t take long for me to realize I’m meant to be there. I’m always down for chat if you do sign up and so is everyone else and the coaches. KruFit is family and always help each other and that’s my favorite thing about it.

I train and coach in the Brazilian Jiu Jitsu program at KruFit, and while that gives me an inside perspective, it is also exactly why I feel strongly about sharing how special this gym is as a whole. There are a lot of BJJ gyms in the Indianapolis area, so the fact that I commute from the south side of Indy is a testament to how unique the environment and quality of instruction are here. I have trained at many gyms over the years, and KruFit stands out for its standards and atmosphere. It is consistently the cleanest facility I have been part of, and it also has the lowest level of ego and drama I have ever experienced in a training environment. The staff and members create a space that feels welcoming, supportive, and community-driven across both BJJ and Muay Thai. Within the BJJ program specifically, one of the biggest strengths is the intentional diversity in coaching styles. We have multiple coaches with different backgrounds and strengths, which helps students avoid becoming locked into a single approach to the art. Beyond the coaching staff, there is a strong peer-learning culture supported by many higher belts and black belts who train regularly. This creates an environment where learning happens constantly and collaboratively. We also have a woman-led women’s program, which has been a meaningful part of making the space more accessible and empowering for female athletes. Overall, KruFit feels like a place where people genuinely want to see each other succeed. Whether you are here for Muay Thai or jiu jitsu, the atmosphere is consistent: respectful, encouraging, and grounded in real community rather than performative hype.
