I love the emphasis on functional strength and strength training. A good combination of old-fashioned honest weights, circuit training and a few newer innovations that don't get carried away with fads. Aubrey is a great trainer!

Great facility with Friendly coaches. The lifting program is dynamic, challenging, and well written, with noticeable results. The BJJ class and coach are phenomenal with an accepting environment that is both fun and conducive to learning. All around great gym

I'm an experienced grappler and I came to this academy to visit and cross train. The coaches were super welcoming and informative. The facility was great. They had plenty of mat space and a locker room for me to store my stuff. My training partners were a pleasure to work with. The instructions were very clear and I learned some great techniques.

I absolutely ADORE this Gym… A friend recommended it for their Children’s Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class for my Daughter. She is 6 and she LOVES her class. She is learning skills that are going to stick with her for life and the coaches know how to make sure the kids still have a fun time too, so she always wants to go back. She gets good exercise, learns techniques, and is exhausted when she gets home, already asking when the next class is… As for me, after watching my daughter prosper and learn, I decided to start doing some Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as well, and I am SO happy that I did. I can already feel myself getting stronger and the coaches are wonderfully informative and knowledgeable. I’ve already learned so much and I JUST started. I’m loving every second. I don’t know how much more I can gush about how much I love this place, but the environment is simply perfect. The people are all friendly, they made me feel welcomed instantly and I already feel like part of the team... One of the best choices I’ve made was getting my daughter and myself into this gym... Hands down…
