I’ve never trained at a school where every single person I met was not only incredibly kind, but also genuinely respectful. I’m deeply humbled and honored to experience the culture that Professor Nick has cultivated in his gym. Mahalo nui loa for welcoming me—and for the awesome rash guard! I had such an amazing time and truly enjoyed every moment. 🤙🏽

Love this place. Been going here for almost 4 years. When you work out here you join a family. We have been involved with many dojos and teams with the kids growing up and I can tell you there are no cliques or issues here. Nick and the team just want to help you learn. My daughter started in the kids class when she was 10 and now in the adult class at 13. I feel very comfortable with her working out with any male or female in the classes. I love the fact there is no up-selling. Nick is a great teacher and an approachable person. I cannot recommend this establishment enough to anyone young or old, male or female.

Love this place! I’ve been attending the school for a few years and Nick is the greatest teacher. He’s stern, respectful, and patient which is very important in the art of Jiu-Jitsue. The teachers all acknowledge that everyone is at a different level of experience and are eager to assist when needed. Great skills and a great workout!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Gem of a Gym Where Growth and Respect Thrive Training at Nick Pollaro’s Jiu Jitsu gym has been nothing short of transformative, even in the short time I’ve spent there. From the moment I stepped onto the mats, the atmosphere radiated inclusivity, discipline, and genuine camaraderie. Nick Pollaro’s leadership sets the tone his expertise is matched only by his humility, and his ability to break down complex techniques into digestible lessons speaks to his dedication as both a coach and a mentor. What stood out most was the culture of mutual respect. Every member, from seasoned practitioners to newcomers like myself, is welcomed with encouragement and patience. The facility itself is pristine, thoughtfully equipped, and clearly designed to foster growth, whether you’re refining a chokehold, drilling escapes, or simply soaking in the collective passion for the art. The community here is extraordinary. Training alongside individuals who value hard work, integrity, and kindness reminded me that Jiu Jitsu isn’t just about physical prowess it’s about building character. Whether it’s the way higher belts take time to uplift others or the shared laughter after a tough roll, this gym feels like a family. To Nick and his team: Thank you for creating a space where everyone can thrive, regardless of skill level. Your commitment to excellence both on and off the mats is inspiring. To anyone considering this gym: Don’t hesitate. Walk in ready to learn, and you’ll walk out stronger in body, mind, and spirit. Grateful for the experience I’ll be back! 🙏💪 P.S. If you’re looking for a gym that balances intensity with heart, this is it.
