I had my first experience ever with group exercise/classes at Rumble a week ago and I absolutely loved it! I was so intimidated going in because I didn’t know what to expect but once I arrived I knew I was in the right place! My trainer Bria called me the day before to confirm my training and to answer any questions that I may have before arriving and her energy was EVERYTHING! She made me feel some comfortable 😊 I can’t thank her and the rest of the Rumble family for making my experience so amazing! I even met some new friends! If you have thought about taking a class at Rumble I’d highly suggest it. Sign up for an intro class today, you won’t regret it!

My new favorite gym! I just got a membership here and the instructors and staff are amazing and so welcoming. I love how high energy and fast paced the classes are but also really appreciate how they take the time to show you the basics in the intro class so you’re not overwhelmed. This is the first boxing gym I’ve been to that does this so that was really appreciated because I was able to correct my technique. Love everyone that works here and I’m super excited to make this my new regular spot in Indy!

2024 Update: it’s been a full calendar year and while I have branched out to include other workouts into my routine, Rumble is still by far my favorite fitness class. The front desk staff is incredible and go the extra mile to make you feel seen every class 🤍 (thank you endlessly Nicole, Josh, Jenna and Berkley). Rumble coaches are 1 of 1. I highly recommend taking any class but Dom’s Saturday, 10:15 Level Up has unmatched energy! Here’s to year 2! Initial Review 2023: The only tough workout I’ll ever do. I took my first class with Brent and have been hooked ever since. The classes are so high energy. The trainers are great about walking you through each exercise, helping with form, reminding you to breathe and offering modifications. I usually shy away from group fitness but Rumble’s atmosphere allows you to completely tune everyone else out and focus on your work out. Plus, you get the motivation of a trainer and other people powering through with you. I can’t say enough good things about Rumble and what it’s done for kick starting my fitness journey.

First session was very fun! Bria our instructor was great. She was very informative and got us comfortable with the space and then pushed us when the workout got tough. It’s a really cool boxing room and will definitely be back again soon!

If you are looking for an intense workout without joint stress, this is your place. I had an experience and an equally geat workout. One of the best parts is the lighting switching to LEDs, and it's like having a live DJ spin for your workout...insane. It was a boxing HIIT party, basically. The establishment was clean and well kept. There are lockers to store items in. The staff communicated well and let me know what tonexpect at each step of the way. They were friendly and encouraging to customers who struggled a bit with the workout. I noticed, and it was good to see. This kind of workout is good for stress relief. Make sure your gloves are tight on your wrists to avoid any injuries. The class I participated in was a combination of bags, shadow boxing, core/cardio, and free weights. The class was comfortable for all fitness levels. However, if you do not work out much, please be sure to stretch well. As someone who workout 6-7x a week. I would definitely put this in my rotation. They have packages for monthly/unlimited memberships and drop-in pricing. You will find that whatever you decide, it will be worth it. I will be back. Check them out!
