United Kempo Karate Schools

I'm an older man and newer student. Couldn't be happier. Grandmaster Mattocks is an excellent instructor. His staff are not only competent, but motivating. It's time and money well spent. I'm learning and having fun at the same time.

There is no way to express my gratitude to United kempo karate schools for the help and influence they have had on my 12 and 6 year old boys. My six-year-old mother passed away unexpectedly 3 years ago and left him where he would not speak to any adults. Since they have signed up for the classes I have had three teachers pulled me to the side and could not believe how much of a turnaround he is made. They have some of the greatest instructors I've ever seen and they teach discipline and respect the same time the kids are having fun and loving being there I appreciate everything they do and I'm so grateful that there are still people in the world that care this much about children.

Leadership Instruction Patience Affordability Accountability Adjustments in specific training toward each student The curriculum here @ UKKS is fantastic and there are several classes for varied interests. Mr. Alex and Mr. Terry are knowledgeable and very proficient in their respective crafts and both are EXCELLENT instructors; the sense of family and comradery are also very apparent in being a student here. If you are striving toward becoming someone greater (on every level of life), enroll and surround yourself with a group who are all doing the same thing.

Excellent school. Me and my daughter love it. Definitely a family environment. Been attending class for like six months and plan on training even past black belt. They show recognition to those who are taking training serious. It's always good to get recognized especially for kids confidence

My oldest has been in training for at least 4 years now. My youngest about 2.5 years. We choose karate to teach them discipline, respect, self confidence and self defense. We tell them “you’re only in competition with yourself.” It has been an amazing journey. The teachers are very effective, kind and highly proficient at their craft. We were spending so much time there, that after 4 years we decided to take the adult katate class. How fun is that? We really enjoy it! Same effect on adult as on children. Respect, self discipline and a serious confidence boost. My goal is a black belt of some level. 😄 My kids are in it for the long haul. I HIGHLY suggest it for all ages, but especially for children and teenagers. It’s like a 2nd home, with a family that really cares about your physical and mental well being.
