I have been a member of Barre Code since they opened in 2015. I absolutely love it! The classes offer great variety - bootcamp, barre, strength, yoga and kickboxing - cover all the bases and each class is different. You won't do the exact same thing over and over and get bored. Even after 1000 classes, I am being challenged with new moves! The instructors are great and so encouraging and they celebrate accomplishments with you. I love that I have made friends with my workout buddies and I look forward to each of my workouts.

Barre Code IS AMAZING. Not only are the workouts killer but ALL the instructors are so kind and sweet. They push you and encourage you to be your BEST self and are always there if you have any questions. One of the reasons I love Barre Code so much, besides the instructors and fun classes, is the fact that they dim the lights as class goes on. You really feel like you are there without judgment. Would HIGHLY recommend coming to a class to try it out. You will not regret it.

I have been going to the Barre Code in Middletown for a little over 2 weeks now and love it! The instructors are so inviting and every class burns just as much as the last. I know if can be intimidating to start something new but I have felt so welcomed and encouraged. I’m so excited that I’ve finally found a workout class I’m excited to go too every morning. Invest in yourself and go try a class!

I have been going to The Barre Code for the past 3 years. Even though I’m there several times a week, I’m never bored with the workout I get! The instructors are all super motivating. It’s really a positive, non-judgmental space for women of all ages, sizes, and abilities! I love that they encourage to be strong, not just a certain dress size!

Everyone here is super sweet and the instructors are good. But this is not really a barre3 studio (at least not yet). It was previously Barre Code, and then they were purchased (nationally) by barre3. Everything, except the sign on the door, is still Barre Code - the space and the workout itself. The space is honestly quite depressing. The front/entry is cute, but the actual area where the workout takes place is so dark and, frankly, sad. There are zero windows, zero natural light. Barre3 studios are all generally very bright, filled with natural light, and have beautiful wood floors. This is the opposite. The workout is not bad, but I did not find it all that challenging. Again, I think it’s because it’s still the Barre Code regimen. Barre3 exercises are much more difficult, fun, and challenging. I recommend going to the actual barre3 studio on Frankfort Ave for a good workout and inspiring setting.
