I usually come to workout here between 11 PM and 1 AM, and Kellz is always there greeting me when I walk in. He brings great energy every single time and makes the environment feel welcoming, especially during those late-night hours when most places feel empty. Those small conversations really keep me motivated and help me stay focused and consistent with my routines. It makes a big difference having someone who genuinely cares about the atmosphere and the people coming in. This is honestly the best place to be, whether you’re a local or just passing through.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Kellz he’s one of the best. From day one, he has always been supportive, helpful, and genuinely kind. Even when it’s not his job, he’ll come over and spot you to make sure you’re safe and confident during your lifts. That kind of dedication and care really stands out. He’s always quick to help, fast service every time you need assistance and he constantly makes sure the gym environment is safe, clean, and comfortable for everyone. You can tell he truly cares about the members and takes pride in what he does. People like him make this gym feel like more than just a place to work out. If you’re looking for a supportive and safe environment, this is it. Highly recommend! 💪 🏋️‍♂️

Kellz knows how to make everyone that walks through the door as if they are the most special person in the whole gym and it makes the gym experience feel family-oriented! He even notices when we take a day off which makes us feel seen. My gym experience has been amazing because of the climate and culture of this gym!

Enough is enough… The biggest issue is cleanliness and maintenance. Paper towel stations and equipment cleaner bottles are frequently empty, which makes it difficult to properly wipe down machines before and after use. That’s especially frustrating in a shared gym environment where sanitation should be a priority. On top of that, several machines are consistently broken or out of order, sometimes for extended periods of time. It limits workouts and makes the space feel poorly maintained. What’s most concerning is that this isn’t just during peak hours — even early in the morning, when the gym should be at its cleanest and most organized, it still feels neglected.

In the locker room, almost all lockers are closed and occupied, even at 7 a.m. on Saturday, while there are very few people in the gym. It seems that many just reserve “personal” lockers, and the staff does nothing about it. Nobody puts the weights and equipment back in place, which creates disorder and inconvenience. The showers are dirty, with a lot of trash on the floor, and the gym itself is quite dusty. I hope the management pays attention to these issues, as cleanliness and order are important for all members. Surprised that almost all the dumbbells are actually in place.👍
