The best place to learn beginner jiu-jitsu and self defense. There is a program for women only and a co-ed program. The instructors are well educated and explain every move to make sure you understand what to do. Highly recommended!

I've had an exceptional experience with both the Gracie Program and the Jeffersonville Gracie CTC location. It all began with Gracie BullyProof for my 6-year-old, and as I witnessed his growth and the effectiveness of the techniques, I eagerly enrolled in the Combatives Course. Despite my lack of prior jiu jitsu/wrestling experience at the age of 43, this place and program have been an ideal fit for both me and my son. After 5 months, I can confidently say that I've been treated like family here, and the camaraderie among classmates is truly remarkable. Brad and his team consistently go above and beyond, delivering an outstanding experience. Without hesitation, I wholeheartedly recommend this program to anyone starting their journey in self-defense or jiu-jitsu.
