This wrestling club in Louisville has been a great experience for my son and I. He does the youth program and I participate in the masters program. It's year-round and your choice of up to 4 nights a week. Plus they are taking wrestling to another level in Kentucky. Best instructors in the area teaching world-class technique. The pedigree of the leadership is D1 caliber, with some Olympic Gold Medalists and national champs mixed in. This is the real deal if you're serious about growing your skillset and being part of a true wrestling community.

Knights Wrestling Club honestly helped me get to where I am today. Training there gave me a huge confidence boost heading into the season. I knew a lot of guys weren’t grinding during the offseason like I was, and it really gave me an edge. The coaches taught technique I never got in high school, especially in Greco and freestyle, and that extra level of training played a big part in my development. They also got me into offseason competitions, which helped me grow a ton as a wrestler. Now that I’m competing at the D1 level, I can see how much of a head start the club gave me. The pace, the mindset, the technique, all of that foundation was built at Knights. If you're serious about wrestling and want to take it to the next level, I’d 100% recommend checking this place out.

We've been bringing our 5 year old here for almost a year and have watched him grow to love wrestling. This program is excellent and they do a great job of helping slow down moves for the littles and making sure they get the attention they need. Coach Shuck and the rest of the staff are wonderful and we couldn't be happier having found this program.

Training at Knights Wrestling Club was honestly a game changer for me. The intensity, the energy, and the standard they hold everyone to, it pushed me to a whole new level. Practices were no joke, but that’s what made me stronger, tougher, and more confident on the mat. The coaches teach technique you don’t get anywhere else, and now that I’m wrestling D1, I can really see how much it paid off. The pace, the mindset, the conditioning, it all started here. If you’re serious about wrestling and want to take your skills to the next level, this is the place to be.

For a year, we've brought both of our boys to the Knights Wrestling Club. And in this time, I've watched them grow as wrestlers and humans. Not only are the coaches incredible teaching technique, they help build the wrestlers character. For example, every practice starts with the kids sharing a "W," where the little ones talk about school or how they got better at riding their bike, or whatever. And they end practice with "what did you get better at?" And throughout the practices, the kids get one-on-one coaching. But it's not like when I wrestled as a kid. These coaches don't yell at them or give negative feedback. In other words, there's positivity at every step of the practice. And when it comes time to wrestle in a tournament, you can see the results. The amount of state champions, All Americans and state placers in that room is incredible. But winning matches is not what this club is about. Knights Wrestling Club is more about growing young ones into good people through the greatest sport in the world. I highly recommend this club!
