In my opinion its the best gym around, the staff is great and pleasant to talk to. Also the best bang for you buck. Ive been going to LAC gyms since 2013 when I started going to the New Albany Location which is no longer open unfortunately. I highly recommend LAC Clarksville.

Great gym! I stopped in from put of town, and really enjoyed my couple of visits. Facility is large, plenty of space, clean, and the equipment exceeds anything you'd need. Can't wait to stop back.

Staff didn’t offer to give me a tour when i signed up, really unprofessional. The carpet in there drives me insane, you would think they’d renovate it. Sauna in the woman’s locker room is almost always out of service. Got over charged the second month in. Will definitely not be renewing my membership after my contract is over.

Went in person to cancel my membership since I’m going somewhere else now, signed a cancelation paper and everything. Got charged 9 days later for the new month. Called at 3pm on a Wednesday (with no answer of course), left a voicemail with no call back, emailed with no response, even tried to see if I could go online to cancel but it says I need to go in person or email which I’ve already done. Looks like everyone else has been having the same issue for years. 🥲

This is the only time I’ve ever gone out of my way to leave a review—what a joke this place is. I emailed in to cancel 4 months ago and have called multiple times over the span of months with no pickup or response from both the primary points of contact that were given to me in a confirmation email. Charged me the last 3 months. Even had a buddy go in for me to try and cancel when I was no longer in Louisville and they said I needed to email in well here is the proof. Absolute joke
