I really love this school. My kids and I have been taking classes here for a while. We started at different times but the longest (my oldest) is 2.5 years. Originally we signed him up to have an activity to do but the rest of the family keeps joining as we see all the benefits. Some major pros that I appreciate: - A LOT of flexibility in the schedule. We are not bound to one specific time slot. Our monthly tuition covers as many classes as we want to come to. - No contract. This made it a lot easier to want to try it out and see if it was really a good fit without being locked in. - Family discount. There are now 4 of us in my family enrolled and they worked with us to give a good rate. The instructors do a great job of pushing the students to be better without unnecessarily overwhelming them. They also pay careful attention to each student and tune their coaching to be specific to them. Students are taught how to take instruction respectfully and how to teach those of a lower belt. Three Dragons teaches martial arts from multiple perspectives: self-defense, sport (sparring), and fitness and discipline. Belt tests are designed to be a challenge to be overcome but there is a lot of preparation that goes into it. No belt is handed out without earning it. I can't say enough good about the school and I believe that my family will take classes here for a long time. [This review was not asked for, and I received nothing for writing it.]
