My kids absolutely love this place! The instructors are amazing and great with the kids. They know how to focus on exactly what they need and give all of them attention. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to get there children into any martial arts!

I can confidently say this place has had a truly positive impact on my life — physically, mentally, and emotionally. When I first walked in, I had no previous martial arts experience and honestly wondered if I was too old to begin. But the atmosphere was welcoming from day one, and the instructors met me where I was — encouraging progress without pressure and always showing patience and respect. Now, four years later, I’m a proud brown belt, learning advanced techniques and constantly pushing my limits. It’s been a challenging but incredibly rewarding journey, and I owe so much of that to the phenomenal instruction and support I’ve received here. Instructors Quinn and Novielo are amazing — both incredibly skilled martial artists and truly gifted teachers. They bring out the best in every student, no matter their age or level. Their patience, attention to detail, and passion for Karate are second to none. Training here has improved my fitness, flexibility, and endurance, but also given me greater mental clarity, confidence, and discipline — qualities that carry into every part of my life. Whether you’re 15 or 50, there’s a place for you at Granite State Kenpo Karate. The community is supportive, the instruction is top-notch, and the personal growth is real. I have been a member for 9 years, this is by fare the best gym I have joined. From the staff being there and ready to get you involved to keeping you motivated the whole class, watching to be sure your on point with each rep and your positioning is accurate to prevent injury. Cycles change every three weeks. All the members are all so caring and encouraging and respectful to each other, no drama😁. Try it, trust me you will love it!

My daughter absolutely loves it here!! Such wonderful and caring karate instructors and staff! She has gained so much confidence and coordination and is learning valuable life lessons along the way!! She has also loved the No school day camps and the summer camp as well! A great place with a great community of people!!
