This gym was the highlight of my last trip to Bismarck. They couldn’t have been friendlier in welcoming me, gym itself is very clean and organized, owner Boris accommodating and helpful, and instructor Colten deeply knew the technical aspects of his teachings (and is a badass MMA fighter). 10/5 stars can’t wait to come back! -Drew

This is the best gym in the area. Everyone here is knowledgeable, friendly, and welcoming. Boris, Griffin, Tim, Luke and Colten have built something special. Highly recommend to everyone.

This is THE palace to train jiu jitsu in the area! The instructors are knowledgeable, helpful, patient and a fun group! Very welcoming, I’ve been here for 3 1/2 years and after trying out other places in town, this is the one that was most thorough in teaching techniques

I highly recommend Bismarck BJJ to anyone and everyone! All of the instructors are AWESOME!! They are some of the best and you will learn sooo much training with them. Definitely my favorite jiu-jitsu gym! Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is a martial art that is designed for ALL body types. You can learn to effectively defend yourself and others regardless of your height, weight, gender or age. I'm a girl and I have used jiu-jitsu techniques against guys up to double my size and strength, and it works. Bismarck BJJ offers a 1 week free trial, so stop in and try a class. It might be one of the best decisions you ever make!
