Mr. Dees and Ms. Lyon are not only excellent instructors — they’re truly wonderful people who care deeply about every student, kids and adults alike. You can see the passion they bring to every class and the respect, confidence, and discipline they inspire in their students. We couldn’t be happier with our experience here and will continue to recommend CFMA to everyone we know for years to come!

I originally signed my kiddos up for martial arts, however, they have a family plan, now we are participate. The instructors are knowledgeable and great at explaining the steps so they’re easy to understand. I love that the instructors also encourage the kids to make positive life choices and well as highlighting actions taken before, during or after class. It forces you to think and teaches discipline. Overall, 10/10 recommend. I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Definitely worth it though!

My sons and I have been training at CFMA for about nine months, and it’s been an incredible experience. Having trained at a few other dojos, I can confidently say there’s no place quite like this one. Dees and Lyon strike the perfect balance of discipline, focus, and fun, creating an environment where students of all ages can grow and thrive. It’s a great place for kids and parents alike!
