Coach Nate is an amazing coach and mentor! I started as a beginner and improved so much throughout my time at Redemption. Everyone in the gym is so welcoming and fun to work with and they are trained like true fighters. If you’re looking for a healthy and challenging environment, Redemption is your gym!

Redemption offers some of the best training and coaching in the country . Every Coach is an example of what they teach and every member is a part of the family. From beginners to professional fighters, everyone in the gym lifts each other up to be the best version of themselves both in and out of the ring. Owned by a fellow Marine, if you’re also a veteran trying to find that sense of camaraderie and belonging again, Redemption is where I found mine.

It’s a shame I can only leave 5 stars. When you train at redemption, you aren’t just training MMA or getting a great workout .. you become part of an exemplary group of people who show up big for each other. As a total newbie to Muay Thai my coach (best coach ever!!) Hamilton pushes me while also making sure it’s always fun. Nate will take you in as family and truly cares about the success of his athletes. The best!!
