This place feels like family from the first contact. Lance Adams cares about the whole person. He and his family/team are amazing at what they do. Even in a class setting, I feel seen as an individual and met where I am in my journey, while learning and training with others. What is truly beautiful is that there are people that come here of all ages/stages/abilities/sizes, etc. Everyone supports and encourages each other. There are sometimes a few classes going on at once. It can seem overwhelming at first. But this is a great place to learn fitness disciplines in an amazing environment.

I tried out a program on Saturday. I had a long talk with Lance afterwards. From our conversation he's extremely knowledgeable and has a great workout program. The gym itself has a lot of amenities and plenty of weights.

If I could give no stars I would! I thought I was enrolling my two daughters into something good to help them learn how to defend themselves. When I sent the owner a text last Tuesday (10/1) explaining that my girls wouldn't be able to attend anymore due to financial reasons. He replied with "I'm sorry to see them go. Is there anything we can do to". I informed him no. Fast forward to 10/5, a payment is drafted from my account. I quickly contact the owner and let him know. He claims that the cancelation was sent in the day I requested it and that he would call them and get it squared away. I asked him if he could let me know any update. Didn't hear back from him that Saturday or Sunday. Monday rolls around and I give him a call...no answer. Sent him a text no reply. This is bad business!! I let him know from the gate that I was a single mother and that the day I canceled, it was due to financial reasons!! How can you claim to help me out in the beginning but be so dirty in the end!! All I can say is Karma is a mother and he WILL eventually get his especially how he operates!! Update 11/6/2024: Let me know if this is accurate: this morning I received a text saying that yall was unable to process my payment! My kids have not been to your establishment in 1 1/2-2 months!! I canceled with YOU Lance...by text in September. Why is a payment being processed??? And why haven't I received my refund when you said that I would receive it last month after speaking you?? What was the purpose of asking for my cashapp when you didn't send it?!?!? I'm confused?? I would love to know what is really going on???
