Training at Gmmac has been an awesome experience. All of the instructors are very friendly and knowledgeable. They’ve created a truly welcoming and special community. There’s also a diverse array of martial arts represented and I’ve appreciated the different modalities of training offered. Membership includes access to online services and an extensive video library for home training when I can’t make it to the gym.

I’ve been training in the martial arts for over 35 years. When the school I trained and taught at closed during the Covid pandemic, I began looking for a new home, and made my way to GMMAC. The programs here are first class. The atmosphere is friendly and conducive to learning. The instructors are great coaches, very knowledgeable and have a passion for the arts they teach. They have also been very patient in helping me adapt to a new style. Try it out. You have nothing to lose.

I travel over an hour and a half from Montreal to attend Krabi-Krabong classes regularly, and it's worth every mile. Pat, Mick, and Amber are awesome. If you're nearby and looking for a great place to learn martial arts from legit people, GMMAC is the spot!

I started taking Muay Thai classes at GMMAC about 2.5 months ago. I’m 24 and had no experience in any martial art. There is a wide range of talent at GMMAC, but all students and staff are extremely welcoming, encouraging, and helpful. The instructors are amazing at adapting lessons to meet the different skill levels of the students. Robyn is friendly, warm, and made me feel comfortable returning to the studio after my first class. Amber is strong, funny, and amazing at breaking down complex movements for beginners. Pat is patient, calm, and thoughtful when giving feedback. Rob is energetic, passionate, and honest. He will always let you know what you need to work on, and will celebrate enthusiastically with you when you nail a technique. It’s clear that everyone at GMMAC is committed to creating an inclusive and safe environment, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction to Muay Thai.
