I have studied traditional Tai Chi and this form is different, more martial arts based, yet accessible and very enjoyable. Practice with Instructor Wade has improved my strength, balance and flexibility tremendously. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking to reduce stress and improve their coordination, balance and flexibility.

I truly love Wade’s Tai Chi classes. He builds the class by student’s ability. Very patient and thoughtful of all students well-being. I had been struggling with fine motor skills and agility, just generally needing better muscle toning exercises. I also had an issue with the end of one index finger always feeling numb after an injury. This lasted over a year. A few months into Wade’s Thi Chi, and the nerves around the end of this finger I guess became “un-pinched”. Anyways, I have feeling again in my finger and I feel great after every class. Relaxing the mind and energizing the body at the same time:-) -Robyn
